Mr Craig L Joly

Craig qualified from Glasgow University in 1982 and worked at a veterinary hospital in Sutton, Surrey for 3 years, then 5 years at a veterinary clinic in Norwich. He joined Amical in 1991, two years after its opening. Craig has a special interest in cardiac medicine and has qualified for a RCVS certificate in Veterinary Cardiology.

Craig grew up in Chicago, Illinois, but moved to Scotland while he was in the U.S. Navy. After leaving the Navy, he worked with horses at a riding centre near Glasgow, achieving BHS Assistant Instructor. This is where he met his wife Robyn, while teaching her nieces horse riding. It was with the support and encouragement of Robyn that he started his training as a vet.

Craig is a keen photographer, avid reader and an amateur radio operator. He has a sweet little Chihuahua named Coco.
